With more than two decades of experience partnering with organizations, Donna brings a rare combination of tactical HR expertise and systems thinking to her work. She understands how power, culture, and systems intersect to shape workplace dynamics — and she knows how to intervene at both levels: resolving the immediate crisis while building the structures that prevent the next one.
Through Innervision Consulting, Donna's practice centers on human resources strategic advising, leadership coaching, conflict resolution and mediation, and employment investigations. Whether conducting sensitive workplace investigations, mediating high-stakes conflicts, or coaching leaders through organizational transformation, she helps them turn their most complex people challenges into opportunities to build stronger, more resilient organizations.
Donna holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Northeastern University and a Masters of Education in human resources education from Boston University. She is certified in Executive Coaching, Social Justice Mediation, and Conflict Resolution, and was recognized by New England Women in Energy & the Environment with their inaugural DEI Founders' Award in 2023.
Now based in Atlanta and working with clients across the Southeast, Donna partners with leaders who know that investing in people isn't separate from mission — it is the mission.
